Sign up for helping with the fruit delivery on Dec. 7th!

• The fruit sale is a fundraiser both for YOU and your PERFORMING ARTS DEPARTMENT (theater, band, choir or orchestra!)
• While this is ultimately a fundraiser for the fine arts programs at Xavier, the profits you make can be used to pay for your participation in the performing arts trip to Chicago 2014 and other performing arts trips in the future (we travel every other year)
  • o The teacher from your department will have withdrawal slips for this purpose (these must be filled out and submitted ON TIME!)

• September 30th - November 8th

• Sell to people and tabulate your sales OFFICIALLY on the google doc that will be sent to you via your XHS email sometime within the next week
  • o Note that important data (pricing) on the google doc is locked!
  • o Automatic tabulation both is set up for the columns and rows
  • o Amount due is in the lower right-hand corner $$
  • Collect the money immediately after someone places an order (no “I’ll get it to you later”)
  • Write checks out to “Xavier Catholic Schools”

• Print the google doc sale sheet that you have filled out and turn in ALL of the money to your department teacher
  • o Ms. Milbach - theater
  • o Mrs. Hardt - band
  • o Mr. Lloyd - choir
  • o Mrs. Kenney - orchestra
